Experience the flavour of Guji’s high-mountain Alaka region in Hambela Wamena — one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee landscapes. Sitting at 1,950–2,200m, Alaka’s rich volcanic soils, cool air, and shaded forest gardens allow cherries to ripen slowly, building intense sweetness and aromatics.
Small family growers cultivate traditional Ethiopian landrace and 74-series varieties, hand-picking ripe cherries and drying them carefully on raised beds. This natural process highlights the region’s signature profile of blueberry, stonefruit, tropical fruit, and floral aromatics.
The result is a clean, vibrant Guji natural with bright fruit, silky texture, and exceptional sweetness — perfect for filter brews.
