The Pantry
Welcome to the Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters Pantry.
We have curated a selection of dry goods and other treats for you, that we love. Products we are using in the cafe and other goodies that we think you might like to take home. From jams and sauces to pasta, oils, Japanese charcoal and our own blends of teas, the pantry is full!
You know by now that we have coffee running through our veins but as foodies we have a passion for anything locally made or international producers that share our values.
We like to think that we have created a community hub and want to be a one stop shop for all our friendly Neighbours...
Welcome to Connor our new chef!
Please welcome our new Head Chef, Connor, who brings more than 15 years of experience in the kitchen, starting out in New Zealand before making the move to Brisbane over a decade ago.
Art verses Science in Coffee Roasting
Coffee roasting is where art meets science—precision in temperature and timing blends with the roaster's intuition and sensory mastery to unlock the bean’s full potential.
Our manifesto
Where things come from matters. People make great coffee, not machines. We'll find your flavour. Black coffee made well is like a fine wine. Always learning, always growing.
Single-use cups are not our friends. Leave things better for tomorrow.
Proudly Brisbane. We love our neighbourhood, we love our community.
Coffee starts conversations. Together, we make a whole.
