Our partnership program gives new or established cafes the tools and skills to support and meet the demands in the specialty industry.

 What we can help with:

• Espresso coffee training - expert training in coffee extraction and how to get the best out of both your equipment and beans.

• Alternative brewing - learn how to use all the alternative brewing gear to use both instore and on sell to your customers. We supply both the brewing accessories and filters.

• Cold brew & teas - We have our own selection of organic teas and can supply and teach you about cold brewing methods as well as supply the equipment needed.

• A selection of Single Origins, Micro-Lots and Specialty Blends - We believe its important to be constantly learning and growing. We work with different farmers to produce new blends and single origins. We are passionate about the provenance of what we roast and want to share that information and love with our wholesale customers.

• Locally roasted cocoa powders - We supply deliciously roasted cocoa powders for cafe use. 

• Equipment sales and advice - We offer advice on all equipment from coffee machines to grinders and more. Over 25 years of hands on hospitality experience means expert and honest advice on the right equipment for your cafe, clientele and business model. 

• Water filtration - An important part of your machine maintenance and quality of your coffee.

• Grinder Maintenance including a burr replacement program.

• All round advice and support - Relationships are important to us.  We pride ourselves on our point of difference which is personalised service. Part of our manifesto is  `together, we are better'. We love working with our wholesale customers to reach the goals for their cafe or restaurant. Small batch roasting gives us the ability to customise coffee to your palate and customer, producing a highly bespoke experience, exclusive to you.

• Custom blends - Have you already got a great brand? Join us here in the roastery to create not only your own blend but custom packaging. This means added sales for you in store, selling retail beans under your own label.
  
  
• Marketing and Merchandise - Neighbourhood Coffee roasters has a range of branded service equipment and merchandise backed up by an active marketing team. We can be involved as much or as little as you like, we aren't about making a mark on your operation just supporting you in creating the best coffee experience for your customers.
