Espigao do Palmital farm is located int eh municipality of Pratinha, in the state of Minas Gerais where the story of the producer Gil Cesar de Melo in the coffee industry began with his grandfather, Sr Miguel Constante, who was a coffee grower in Campos Altos township.

Profile: A well balanced cup with excellent sweet milk chocolate body, medium acidity, notes of tangerine aroma and a almond sweetness.
Roasters Notes: Perfect for hand brewing it's suitable for, Aeropress, Delta Press, Filter, and cold brew. Not suitable for espresso.
About the Farm
In 1995, Gil planted his first six coffee hectares and, since then, he has expanded the areas, always seeking to invest in quality. The farm has an ideal terroir with mountainous terrain, high altitudes and a good rainfall index, favouring the cultivation of speciality green coffee beans with supreme aromas and flavours.
